Advance equipments and process is the support to produce gasoline turbochargers and other kinds of turbochargers. We have the high precision Hardinge CNC lather introduced from U.S.A., vertical CNC machining center, turbine wheel R surface CNC miller, and the Toyota brand CNC millers from Japan, those equipments assure the maching precision of the main parts. We also introduced high speed balancing machine from Britain to meet the demand of assembly units and balance quality, and the vaccum electric beam welding process support the welding strength balance quality, and the vaccum electric beam welding process support the welding strength and the precision of shaft and wheel.

We can produce more than 100 basic and 300 transformable turbochargers. The gasoline turbocharger mode has Benz ,Volvo, Audi, Toyota , Renault, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Passat, Bora, Pajevo, Hyunda, Kia, Isuzu, Engineering series has Komatsu,Hitachi,Cat, Kobeloo, Kato, Daewoo, marine use and agricultural machinery, generator sets and other four cylinder and six cylinder trucks. Some modes are assorted with Foton, Auman, diesel company. Our products mainly sold in the domestic and abroad market. With the fine quality and on-time delivery, our products are also welcomed in turbocharger markets of U.S.A., Britain, Russia, Malaysia, Dubai, Colombia, Yemen and some other Africa countries. Our gasoline turbocharger has pass the 400000km reliability test on the Passet 1.8 and Audi A6 1.8t, those data such as capability have meet the same products level of foreign countries. We can develop 3 to 5 new productions every year.
